Many, when searching for the key to performance will look where the light is – the simplest and easiest route. If we have a problem then we try to solve it through our own knowledge. If the solution is not evident we seek to gain the answers through others.

If you are committed in breaking through the performance barrier, then you may need to look where the light is not shining.

Push away some of the old habits and identify new ones. It’s okay to be vulnerable, but where ever you venture, move the light around to brighten up a new path either within your business or your life.
